Our Founder: Carol Fletcher

Carol’s Care was founded in 2014 by Carol Fletcher. For more than 20 years, Carol has primarily served aging individuals who are facing the challenges associated with having a chronic or terminal illness.

Carol is passionate about helping individuals and their families manage these difficult circumstances with respect and dignity. And many of her clients tell her that she has a “heart of gold” because of the compassion and caring with which she serves.

Carol was inspired to found Carol’s Care when she saw an opportunity to provide more complete social and emotional support in circumstances when the services covered by Medicare were insufficient to meet an individual’s needs. She also saw a very real need to guard and advocate on behalf of the senior population to help them navigate complex health care settings and protect them from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
